A new landmark of the urban waterfront renaissance along the Yongding river in Beijing

Yong-ting River, the mother river of Beijing, has been quietly feeding this 600-year-old ancient capital.As one of the important part of the Yong-ting River reconstruction, along the bank of the Shougang Park, the green space will be returned to the city by clearing the waterfront sites occupied by the industrial park and coal yards. Through the method of sinking and burying, the railway freight line has separated shoreline and the park, while the spatial connection between the city and the waterfront will be sutured, and return the railway freight line to the city.
