The short film, which is made of miniature and played inside the sculpture, is an artist’s fictional “future scenery of Shanghai”.

The simulated rocks, lakes and waterfalls in the miniature landscape reflect the luster from the flexible screen. Cheng Ran uses his surreal videos to present a personalized story fragment in the fictitious th district of Shanghai, an imaginary super city in the future.
