Memory of Water

Rivers always exist with the people living there and support their lives. The artist think the Huangpu River is the same. Through this work, the artist explored the past and future of the city and the form of the new world. There are lost scenery and as many stories as the scenery. People gathered at the edge of this river and began to live and gradually prospered. The river has always depicted the current scenery. Among the relics unearthed from several eras, what we have discovered is the new scenery that may appear there. This work depicts the gentle boundary between topography and scenery separated by water, and the boundary connecting the changes of present, past and future. It regards the whole space as a miniature of rivers and cities and presents the world in a miniature form. This river has always been the motive power supporting the life of this city, and this shipyard can be said to be the place supporting the times. I want to describe the initial light in people's hearts in the distant time.
