Liu Shiyuan

Liu Shiyuan was born in Beijing in 1985 and studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. After completing a postgraduate degree at School of Visual Arts in 2012, she now lives and works in Copenhagen, Denmark. Liu Shiyuan's works have appeared in various large-scale exhibitions, recent individual exhibitions include: "In Other Words" Blank Space. Apart from Asian and European art projects, Liu is preparing her first solo exhibition in the United States. It will be exhibited at Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum in Miami in January 2020.
